Town and Country (Caravan) valve cover removal after rounding bolts

Its 2021, and my 2005 248,000 mile Town and Country is leaking oil. Some guy on youtube changed his valve cover gaskets without taking the motor apart - I copied the idea on just the front, but had to JBweld some adapters to the hard to reach bolts after I rounded them off trying to copy him.
