Attorney for Floyd's drug dealer explains why he won't testify...

Hmm... 🤔 Sounds rather sketchy, don't it? Yes, this drug-dealing sleeze ball has 5th Amendment protections like anyone else in America. But why is it that HE is not on trial since the autopsy clearly shows Floyd's cause of death was a drug overdose, and NOT a "knee on the neck?"
And is it just me, or does it sound like the attorney is confessing her client's crimes? It seems very odd to me.
