Major League Baseball is Dead to Me

I have played baseball since I was about four years old. My three brothers and I wore major league team names on our jerseys every year after that until we left amateur baseball at age 19. So, I am both surprised and extremely disappointed the professional league would take an activist position against a voting reform law passed by the representatives of the people in the state of Georgia. The league has now moved its All-Star Game from Atlanta to Denver Colorado, which is stunning, considering that 46 percent of eth impacted business in Georgia are minority-owned and in DEmver its only 23 percent. Add to these startling facts that the move and decision to oppose the law was based on disinformation put out by the corporate media and the President of the United States and average Americans are stunned by America’s professional game going woke based on lies. No, the new law doesn’t limit voting access, it actually increases it, it does not reduce polling station hours in any way, and it actually codifies ballot drop boxes, which weren’t even legal in Georgia before. Yes, voter ID is required for all balloting, including mail-in ballots and so does Colorado’s law, not to mention, the Presidents home state of Delaware. Come on man, let’s get the facts right and stand together against this kind of tactics of division being used by these woke companies like Delta Airlines, American Airlines, United Airlines and Coca-Cola. There is something you can do right now, today. Call and email your state Representatives and ask them to remove any company’s tax advantages and subsidies if they refuse to support the right of states and the people to establish their own laws, as provided in the US Constitution. Believe there are many goodies these rats get from us, the taxpayer, and it’s high time we ended them for companies that don’t support election integrity.
