Many clients we speak with are concerned about waste filling landfills needlessly and they are searching for better solutions.

May I share some harsh facts?
1) 50% of all roof replacements are unnecessary.
2) 36% of landfill space is construction debris.
3) 10% of landfill space is roofing debris.

So, if you’re concerned about filling landfills, frustrated that many roof applications limit recycling options, does it make sense to think differently about your roofs?

A possible solution is a vented roof system which may eliminate the need to tear off the old roof and can be made with materials that can be recycled at end of life.
