I was pulled over by the PA Fish & Boat Commission due to not having a Registration sticker on the side of my boat; Local Notary where I registered the boat told me I did not need additional stickers since the new stickers had the numbers on it; However, the Notary miss-informed me & I should have double checked the boating manual as it does state you need 3 inch Registration numbers displayed in addition to the regular sticker. Officer's were very nice to me and left me go with No ticket. Boat NOW has Registrations stickers on both sides in accordance with Federal Boat Registration laws. Good to go!
