Covid 19 Tests purchased by 60 Countries in 2017, What did they know?

Worth the watch, no tests purchased before 2016 for something that was created in 2019??? What are we missing? Why would so many countries start importing and exporting medical testing kits for something that didn't exist for another 2 years..... Link below
