Transcendental Meditation vs Zazen Zen Meditation | What is the Difference?

In this video I discuss about what the difference is between transcendental meditation vs. zazen zen meditation. I was inspired to create this video based on a question in the faq section in Dan Harris’ excellent book 10% happier. Since I have experience with both transcendental meditation and zazen zen meditation aka mindfulness meditation, I thought it would be prudent to make a video discussing the difference between these two techniques. There is no perfect technique, so you will have to decide for yourself whether transcendental meditation or zazen zen meditation is best for you. However, I wanted to share my experience so you could start out with the type of meditation that you think would work best for you.
