The 24- Year- Old Is Now Facing 28 Charges In Oregon.. Including Aggravated Attempted Murder, Manufacture Of A Destructive Device, And Unlawful Use Of A Weapon.

Video From The Portland Police Department Shows The Moment Investigators Say Muhammad Threw A Firebomb At An Officer, Scorching His Uniform.

Police Say It Was The Second Time In Two Days He Threw An Explosive Device At An Officer.

And In October.. They Say Muhammad Caused Tens Of Thousands Of Dollars In Damage.. Including Breaking Out Windows At The Oregon Historical Society.

But Before He Was In Oregon.. He Was Spreading A Message Of Peace In Indiana.

In An Interview With News 8 Following That Meeting.. Muhammad Told Us He Was An Army Veteran ... And Was Running A Small Dairy Farm In Delaware County.
About A Week Later .. Muhammad Sat For His Final Interview With News 8.. And Said He Had Been Followed And Harrassed By Police.
