I-80, NE — brake checked and nearly run off road 2021.03.31

After I passed a slower vehicle I noticed a breakdown in the emergency lane up ahead.
so I stayed in the left lane till I safely passed. meanwhile this AHole is riding my trailer mud flaps. then he pulls this dangerous maneuver on me after I get out of his way. Good Grief !!
to do that to a fellow truck driver or any driver for that matter. shouldn't be allowed to hold a CDL. Highway Patrol couldn't find him or one wasn't available in that area.
