As California's homeless crisis continues, the divide between the haves and have-nots has become glaring - here in Gilroy, the wealthy party across the street from a homeless camp - camps like these are no longer limited to cities like San Francisco and Los Angeles, they have sprung up in most California cities over the last couple of years. Newsom and California's government are failing their citizens.
