TULIPS BLOOMING @ YOKOHAMA PARK I JAPAN

Yokohama Stadium, where the Bay Stars professional baseball team plays, a Japanese garden and every spring the Tulip Festival. With 160,000 tulips consisting of 49 varieties, the park is filled with bright and beautiful colors.
Along with the common red, yellow, and white tulips, there are some unusual types of tulips: purple, pale green, sharp-edged, and fully opened.
Yokohama Park (just outside Yokohama Stadium) is located in a business district, just a 5-minute-walk from JR Kannai Station, and next to Yokohama City Office. At noon, people were enjoying the tulips while eating their lunch
