Info from Licensor: "I was changing out a water service from main to the meter and had to do it under pressure, when you do this under pressure you have the time length of the whole filling up with water to do it which is about 15 seconds when you slide the saddle over the whole. You cannot make a mistake when doing this. Results was got a wet butt and task complete"
