President of Tanzania exposed the inaccuracy of PCR Test

The President of Tanzania had samples taken from goats, sheeps, papayas and even car oils and 5 other different things and send these to the lab to do the PCR test for corona, without telling them what these were.
They even gave the different samples a real human names, and day of birth.
The car oil came back negative.
The sample of a jackfruit came back inconclusive
The sample of a papaya came back POSITIVE, meaning that it has "corona virus" (covid-19)
They took samples of a bird and the result came back POSITIVE
A rabbit came back undetermined
A sample of a goat came back POSITIVE
The sheep came back negative.. and so on

So the PAPAYA has corona and must be isolated. So does the goat and the bird etc?
