Making an electric fence

Raccoons come at night to dig up my vegetable beds to dig up worms to eat. In the process it uproots or damages my samplings, especially when they are small. I have tried various methods in the past, such as placing upside down nails, or plastic forks in the soil in the beds, which raccoons are not fond of stepping on. But ultimately I decided to make a more reliable electric fence. This video is about that.
