Harmful and safety negligence/Retaliation/Discrimination

Severely corrupt, Broken healthcare system, Resulting in Harmful Retaliation, left untreated to decline and no longer able to take care of myself. Falsified documentation, Illegally obtained diagnosis, malpractice, misdiagnosis, Rape by occupational therapist in Skilled nursing facility, APS 2 investigations, AZDHS 7 priority level 1 investigations , Defamation of character, Slander, fraud- Medicare and Medicaid, class 3 RX stolen, identity theft, mail fraud and theft, abuse, negligence resulting in disability, further decline, injuries, safety, I have documentation, communications and factual information to prove all! Vulnerable, and now low income Medical First Responder. Awaiting ALTC and back into assisted living due to severe health decline. Atrocities NO one can imagine. I have complaints and grievances for 3 years, reached out to ADL, AZDHS, Medical board, pharmacy board, Senators, Governor Ducey, Office of health and human services, You name it , No one responded in AZ Debbie Lesko and her office never came through, Andy Biggs, blew me off, Attorney general, OHR, FTC, DES, FTC, OAH, Rental HUD housing Discrimination. Turned away from numerous housing never needed prior to this hell, to be assaulted, sexual harassment, all because I have never been a substance abuser. Law abiding, ethically and morally sound. Left like millions to die
