"To You It Is Given" - Matthew 9:4-26

Highlights:

* Do not speak evil of what you do not understand. In the future, you will no doubt see many new things. Some of them will be the work of God. But do not reject any new thing just because it is new.

* Only what is in the Spirit is of God in this New Testament

* The definition of false religion is religion without the power and leading the the holy Ghost.

* God takes more pleasure in showing mercy than in being worshiped. In other words, God would rather give than to receive.

* If it is not given, we do not have.

* You cannot blend the old and new covenants. You cannot blend worship in the flesh (ceremonies) and worship in the Spirit. That is Paul's gospel.

* These two liberties you want to understand: Yous and God's. You have no limits in Christ. There are no limits on God, either.

* God's love and care for you is not hindered by whatever you are suffering! Your problem, your disease, your debt, is nothing to Him. YOU are what He cares about, and He is going to take care of you.
