Biden Ends Trump's Rule on Asylum Seekers' Application

The Biden administration is ending another Trump-era immigration rule. On Thursday, it announced it will now accept certain immigration applications even if they aren't completely filled out.

Democrat Senator Joe Manchin gave his reaction after touring the border Thursday.

And U.S. authorities are working with Mexico to identify who dropped two young children off a border fence earlier this week.
