The shot of us Demetrius with the warmer tones was a Nikon D600 (ca. 2012) DSLR camera. For audio, I recorded into a Zoom H6. The microphones were mostly by Shure (SM57; SM58; SM7B; 520DX Green Bullet; & Beta 52A) and then by Sennheiser (a pair of MD-421's) … sometimes I used a fethead or two and/or a cloudlifter (CL-1) with various microphones.
