Caught Cheating!!! OMG!! Husband goes mad! Real or movie??

Some have said this is part of a movie but looks very real to me... let us know what you also think. This happened in Slovakia and husband appears to have caught wife cheating in a 2nd floor apartment. Smart thinking and man managed to escape with ties of bedsheet. But soon gets caugh!! Unbelievable
