Sauerkraut with turkey
Podvarak sa ćuretinom,
(dimljena ćureća prsa)
za 6 osoba:
- 1,5kg ribanca, kiseli kupus
- 400g dimljenih ćurećih prsa
- 100g slanine
- 150g crnog luka
- 2 kašike masti
- 1 kašika mlevene slatke paprike
- 1 kašičica soli
- 0,4l vode
- 1 glavica belog luka, kao prilog
I Ribanac se propere kroz vodu i procedi.
Ćureća prsa se iseckaju na parčiće.
Takođe isecka se slanina i crni luk.
II U šerpi sa mašću dinstati prvo crni luk.
Posle 15 minuta dinstanja luka dodavati redom
slaninu, alevu papiku, ribanac, so i
postepeno dolivati vodu. Ribanac dinstati 50 min.
III Dinstani podvarak staviti u pleh,
a po vrhu staviti meso. Peći u rerni
na 200 stepeni oko 20 minuta.
IV Pleh izvaditi i malo zapečenu ćuretinu,
ubaciti u podvarak. Peći u rerni još
40 minuta na 200 stepeni.
Ukupno vreme spremanja podvarka je oko 125 min.
- dinstanje oko 65 min.
- pečenje u rerni 60 min.
