U.S. Marine Corps infantrymen, with 2nd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, conduct a basic assault support exercise employing the MV-22B Osprey, assigned to Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1), in support of Weapons and Tactics Instructors (WTI) course 2-21, at Combat Village in Yuma, Ariz., March 31, 2021. The WTI course is a seven-week training event hosted by MAWTS-1, providing standardized advanced tactical training and certification of unit instructor qualifications to support Marine aviation training and readiness, and assists in developing and employing aviation weapons and tactics.
