Two-year-old Crosby wasn't the only one who was excited to enjoy a snowy day. The little boy snuck out the front door before his mom could get the rest of his snow clothes on, and he was immediately greeted by their dog, Rosie. The hilarious scene took place in front of the family’s Ring Video Doorbell Pro, and with the Ring Protect subscription, they were able to view and save the video.

"I had seen this unfold inside when I was running to get him the rest of his snow gear," says Crosby's mom, Jennifer. "Our oldest son brought it up later in the day to check if it was caught on the camera :)."

Not to worry—Crosby was OK and joined Rosie for playtime in the snow right after mom helped him put on his boots and coat.
