Freeze Drying Bird's Eye Garlic Chicken With Pasta - Part 2

In this video I'm freeze drying a bag of Bird's Eye Garlic Chicken With Pasta. This is the third bag of this we have freeze dried. The first one we freeze dried was a little over a month after we got our Harvest Right freeze dryer. That was batch # 15 for us. I seems like a very long time ago, but it tastes like it was yesterday! They rehydrated very well, with the flavors and textures being much like before it was freeze dried. I think that some of the chicken and the broccoli pieces in the bag were too big and needed to be cut.
