In this video we rehydrate a bag of Bird's Eye Garlic Chicken With Pasta that we had freeze dried a little over a month after we got out Harvest Right freeze dryer. This was from batch # 15 for us. I seems like a very long time ago but it tastes like it was yesterday! It rehydrated very well, with the flavors and textures being much like before it was freeze dried.
This was freeze dried long before we started doing videos of any of our freeze drying. We'll add a "Freeze Drying Bird's Eye Garlic Chicken With Pasta" as soon as we can.
