Is this attempted sabotage of the Nordstream-2 pipeline?

In the video below, taken from aboard a Nordstream-2 pipe-laying vessel, a Polish fishing vessel is seen coming directly at the pipe-laying ship.   

Lights from the pipe-laying ship are shined directly at the fishing vessel to warn it off, but it intentionally smashes into the pipe-laying ship anyway!
