Wyze Watch Has No 24/7 Blood Oxygen Monitoring As Promised? Really? What To Do Now?

The only reason, why I bought the new Wyze Watch 47 (same as Wyze Watch 44) was because they promised 24/7 blood oxygen monitoring and I was even hoping for some kind of alert e.g. if you suffer from sleep apnea with low blood oxygen levels, this could have worked as some kind of alerting system, but I haven't found a way to turn on the 24/7 blood oxygen monitoring. So did I miss something or what's going on here? Watch and see!

This is the large version (44mm and 47mm available for the same price) of the new Wyze Watch with Super big screen (1.75 inches),
Lightweight aluminum alloy frame, Oximeter monitoring, Fitness tracking, 9-day battery life according to the listing

Currently you can only buy it here for $19.99 plus shipping: https://wyze.com/wyze-watch.html
... but if available I recommend to buy on Amazon for (probably) around $25, but including shipping and 30 day refund: https://amzn.to/3maxVFK

.. BUT BETTER BUY the CatShin Smart Watch for Android and iOS (https://amzn.to/3rKwajX) with 24/7 heart rate, blood pressure and blood oxygen monitoring and many more functions and still about 10 days battery life !!!!

PROS:
- Quite beautiful, but nothing really special
- Large scree with good visibility
- Alarms (even recurring ones) can be set directly on the watch (but not in the app !!)
- Long notification text from all apps available, good visibility, but no single delete messages :-(
- Integration with other Wyze devices (e.g. timers, cameras), but I couldn't make it work for now
- Exercise function shows the current time (but doens't support multi tasking)

CONS:
- Very few watch faces with very little information on them
- No wrist gesture sensitivity setting
- Very thick watch (one of the thickest with similar functions)
- Alarms cannot be set in the app (would be easier than in the watch)
- No connectivity status visible on the watch
- No flashlight-function for the night
- Only one button
- No blood pressure measurment
- No always on display
- No touch to wake
- O2 measuring was very difficult and took very long and not 24/7 as promised !!!!
- No wireless charge
- No automatic brightness (during day (with sensor) or during the night (timed))
- Timer doesn't support multi-tasking and does not even show the current time (worst case)
- Has just one type of excercise (no problem for me though ...) and doesn't support multi-tasking
