The Wisconsin Supreme Court Has Ruled That The States Governor Violated The Law With His Covid-19 Restrictions - And Extended Mask Mandate.
The Court Ruled 4 To 3 That Governor Tony Evers Violated State Law And Acted With Out The Proper Authority When He Extended The Mask Mandate - Which Has Now Been Stuck Down.
The Decision Marks Another Legal Defeat For Evers As The High Court Struck Down His Stay-at-home Order, Finding That His Health Secretary Did Not Have The Authority To Issue The Order.
In Addition A State Appeals Court Blocked The Governors Attempts To Limit Capacity In Bars, Restaurants And Other Indoor Places In October.
