1.25 - 1.75 lbs of Chuck Beef cut into strips or bite sized pieces
3/4 cup Beef Stock
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Oyster Sauce
3 - 4 cups Broccoli Florets (fresh or frozen)
1 large Onion, cut into 6 chunks
2 tbsp Cornstarch (2 tbsp water to make it a slurry)
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
3 Garlic Cloves peeled and crushed
2 tsp Fresh Ginger, minced
