Content Warning: Children dropped by smugglers from top of border barrier in shocking video

In video released by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, smugglers scale a 14-foot border barrier and drop two young children in the middle of the New Mexico desert -- the children, who were eventually apprehended by Border Agents, are aged 3 and 5, and are left miles from the nearest residence.
