Megan Rapinoe, Margaret Purce, and countless others have been leading the fight for pay equality. This week, the President and First Lady sat down with them to discuss closing the gender pay gap once and for all.

As it stands, paying that sort of money in the women’s game is not sustainable. Simply equalling pay risks the future of the sport. Focus on getting the correct investment in and growing the game so that it brings in more money. That’s the only way equal pay is achievable.
