Perp Walk

Menard's mandates mask wearing to enter the store. It's a multi-billion dollar business with over 200 stores. Some claim a business is practicing medicine without a license by mandating prophylatic use. They claim it's against a state's statutes. Anyway, my argument is Menard's needs to keep their parking clean from the bio-hazard covid mask laying all over their parking lots. Wind sweeps across the discarded mask and spreads covid into the air. People simply discard the mask onto the ground. Employees at Menard's should be required to wear bio-hazard suits when picking up the mask and the mask should be tossed into a bio-hazard container.
