Biden touts biggest jobs plan ‘since WWII’

U.S. President Joe Biden in Pittsburgh on Wednesday unveiled a massive infrastructure plan that he said would improve broadband, update roads, bridges and airports, that he said would be the biggest jobs investment since World War Two, financed by tax hikes on the wealthy and corporations.
