Are You Done Yet?

The heart of the Gospel is change. Jesus was not afraid of change, and during the Holy Week, He pushed forward towards the cross, where He sacrificed His life for us and ushered in the greatest change ever known to mankind. Yet we, human beings, we willfully resist change. We ask God: Are you done yet? We complain about change to God. Change, Change, Change? How can we find our firm footing when everything seems to be changing daily? Do you adjust to change well? Things in our world do change every day, like the beach, the tides go in and go out, this is a natural change. But this change, happening to us now, in this season of life, it doesn’t feel natural. We feel stretched. Things we have been used to all of our lives are changing and it makes our soul uneasy. Is God in the midst of this change? He is. He is still here. He is still speaking. We need to be so grateful for God, God doesn’t change in that He is faithful, trustworthy and sure. With the cultural tides of our world changing, things are shifting so fast as what is good has been changed to what is bad and what is bad has been changed to what is good. Humanity has changed, good people are regarded as bad and bad people are celebrated as good. How do we adjust to these cultural changes? The best thing we can do is to be anchored to Jesus, dig our life roots deeply in Him and His truth which will stand the tests and trials of time will navigate us through these uncharted waters. Jesus is our safe harbor; we must find our way to Him and stay heart to heart with Him. Dig Deeper https://thebridegroomscafe.com/unchangeable/
