Overland Park man fights for return of late wife’s service dog

A grieving Overland Park man is in the midst of a cross-country court battle to get his late wife’s beloved service dog back. The legal battle comes just months after Paul Marinsky's wife, Brittani, died after a battle with stomach cancer.
