元州邨重建計劃共分成5期。
第1期：元康樓、元和樓、興華街足球場及多層停車場
第2期：元樂樓、元雅樓、元智樓、元禧樓
第3期：元盛樓、元豐樓及元泰樓
第4期：元健樓
第5期：元滿樓、元慧樓、元逸樓及元謙樓
重建後的元州邨，在1998，2008，2012年入伙。
元州邨元樂樓側設有30米長簕杜鵑花隧道。
康樂與休憩設施很充足，是市民的福。
元州邨是最方便的公共屋邨，在長沙灣站旁。

元州商場是兩層的。Un Chau Shopping Centre.

元州邨有14座大廈。There are 14 buildings in Un Chau Estate.
Rebuilt Un Chau Estate was occupied in 1998, 2008, ＆ 2012.
There is a 30-meter-long bougainvillea tunnel.
Recreation facilities are abundant, which is a blessing to the public.
It is the most convenient public housing estate, next to Cheung Sha Wan Station.
