All or nothing thinking can keep you from achieving goals, from living your best life, from forgiving others, from seeing opportunities, and from forgiving yourself. Especially because of today’s craziness of censorship, race bating, conspiracy theories, desensitization of violence, and the seemingly ease to commit violence by some, it is imperative that we be our best selves, strong of mind and body.
