A new survey of 2,000 Americans by OnePoll found that only eight percent of adults feel fully rested after a night of sleep. A majority of them can't remember the last time they felt truly rested. On average, these 2000 people get about five hours of sleep each night. Now it's not that people don't want to sleep or intentionally get too little sleep. Two-thirds of the people surveyed believe good sleep is the key to eating healthier, drinking more water, and even being friendlier towards strangers. And about half feel better sleep would improve their mental and emotional health.
