Evergreen May Have Had Two Purposes

There seems to be at least one other purpose of the Evergreen blockade than I have heard others suggest. There are a couple good bread crumbs that seem to piece together nicely. It seems we are nearing a bigger event, that we may or may not see publically but appears to be happening right now.
