My appearance on Black Dog Brotherhoods podcast. 2020

It has been a little over a year since my anniversary with Neil from Black Dog Coaching. Technically we are competition, but there is no competition in this game. Just men out there in the trenches taking shots from their own demons, the men they are trying to help and society in general.

One hell of a gig.

But we know why we do it. And it's not all in the trenches and darkness. I know, as I am sure he does there are moments in this "job" where you get one man over the line.
And it is all worth it. Somewhat.

What we chose to do is not easy. But neither is where we were or to do nothing about the current reality of men.

Here is a bit about me, at least the tip of the iceberg that was the shit show of the first 25 years of my life.
