觀塘花園大廈在九龍觀塘牛頭角道，近牛頭角站。
九龍牛頭角道225-285號，是房協甲類出租屋邨，
亦是觀塘首個廉租屋邨。1965/67/87/91年入伙。
玉蓮臺是觀塘花園大廈重建第一期的一部分。
孔雀樓，燕子樓，喜鵲樓，百靈樓，畫眉樓。
觀塘花園大廈，交通很方便，很多住客不願搬。
孔雀樓和百靈樓之間有遊樂場。

Kwun Tong Garden Estate is located on Ngau Tau Kok Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, near Ngau Tau Kok Station.
No.225-285, Ngau Tau Kok Road, Kowloon, is a Class A rental housing estate of the Housing Society.
It is also the first low-cost housing village in Kwun Tong. Occupied in 1965/67/87/91.
Lotus Towers is part of the first phase of the redevelopment of Kwun Tong Garden Estate.
