How To Calm Down And Relax With Few Seconds Meditation
In this video you will learn how to quickly calm down and relax with few seconds meditation every day.
First you need to find a quiet place. A happy place if you like it. Then take your meditation position and take a deep breath. Clear your thoughts from all negative emotions.
Keep taking a deep breath and raise your two hands up with eyes closed.
Then bring your hands down with shoulder down slowly and exhale out deep air.
Do this couple of times while you focus your mind on your goals, your happy moments, place or what ever makes you happy.
You will free from any emotional blockages.
