Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show today discussing the fact that Europe is shutting down again another wave of the covid pandemic sweeps through the continent. Comparing Asian countries numbers with countries in Europe. Stating that the reason Europe has many more cases and deaths is because they are eating gluten. The gluten kills the villi in their intestines so they can't absorb nutrients. Without the nutrients needed to make white blood cells and platelets needed to fight the virus.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding an Austrailian study. Finding that compounds found in mushrooms called beta-glucans boost the immune system. Those in a previous study who consume mushrooms daily had better functioning gamma delta T-cells.
