How to make Stir Fry Asparagus With Bacon/炒蘆荀培根
Ingredients:
1 lb asparagus
4 slice bacon
50g carrot
20g garlic
2 tbsp oil
sauce:
1/3c water
1tsp chicken power
¼ tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
Instructions:
1.Add all sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
2.Chop the asparagus and carrots.
3.Turn on medium heat for the wok.
4.On medium-low heat, fry the bacon and garlic until the color turns slightly brown.
5. Add all of the vegetables into the wok. Stir for a minute and add the sauce, then stir evenly.
Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
