🧁How to make her a Birthday Cake/with the whole egg/幫她做一個生日蛋糕/全蛋
Ingredients:
Sponge cake:
5 eggs
1/2c sugar sugar
1 c cake flour
30g vegetable oil
30 g milk
Topping:
1 lb strawberry(hulled & sliced)
3 kiwi
½ c strawberry jam
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ c sugar
Frosting:
3 c heavy whipping cream
1/3 c sugar
Instructions:
Sponge cake:
1. Beat 5 eggs and sugar, mix on high for about 5-6 min, until light and fluffy.
2. Add the sifted flour into the egg mixture and fold carefully until lumps disappear.
3.Take ½ c of the batter and add milk and oil to it, mix well. Pour the mixture back into the batter and fold evenly until fully incorporated (don’t over mix).
4. Grease a 9” round baking pan and put the parchment paper on top.
5. Pour batter into the 9” round baking pan. Tap several times to release the bubbles.
6. Bake 350˙ C for 30 minutes. After baked, let the cake cool for one hour.
7. Dice the strawberries and kiwis. Lay the sliced fruit on the paper towel.
8. Mix the diced strawberries with ½ c strawberry jam,1tabsp lemon juice, and ¼ c sugar.
9. Split the sponge cake from the middle into two layers. Spread the whipped cream on one layer first, and add the diced strawberry mixture on top. Put the second layer on top. Spread the whipped cream on the top and the sides evenly.
10. Decorate the top with fruits.
Frosting:
1. Beat 3 cups of heavy whipping cream and sugar on high speech for 5 minutes or till foamy and stiff. Cover and keep in the fridge.

材料:
5個雞蛋
1 / 2c糖
1 C低筋麵粉
30克油
30克牛奶
1磅草莓(去蒂頭和切片)
3個奇異果
½c草莓醬
1湯匙檸檬汁
¼c糖
3 C鮮奶油
1/3 c糖
做法:
海綿蛋糕:
1.將5個雞蛋和糖攪拌均勻,高速打3-4分鐘,直到輕盈蓬鬆。
2.將篩粉加到雞蛋混合物中,輕輕折疊攪拌。直到麵粉消失。
3.將½c的麵糊添加到牛奶和油中,混合均勻。倒入麵糊中,並均勻地折疊攪拌直到完全混合(不要過度混合)。
4.在9英寸的圓形烤盤上塗油脂,然後將烘焙紙放在上面。
5.將麵糊倒入9英寸的圓形烤盤中。震幾次模具。
6.烘烤350°華氏 30分鐘。(170˙攝氏) 烘烤後,讓蛋糕冷卻一小時
7.切成小方塊的草莓和奇異果。將切片的水果放在紙巾上。(乾燥水果較容易貼在蛋糕鮮奶油上)。
8.將切丁草莓與½c草莓醬,1茶匙檸檬汁和¼c糖混合。
9.將海綿蛋糕從中間分成切開成兩張。先將打好的奶油塗在一張上,然後加入草莓。將第二張放在上面。將鮮奶油均勻地撒在上部和側面。
10.水果裝飾蛋糕
鮮奶油:
1.高速打3杯鮮奶油和糖5分鐘或打到起泡並變軟硬。
蓋好並保存在冰箱中待用。
