Meditation, how to improve interpersonal relationships

Guided meditation, "harmonization of interpersonal relationships"

Welcome to this guided meditation.
Before starting, look for an adequate position, as comfortable as possible, which allows you to maintain, for the duration of the meditation, an alert state, in which you feel comfortable.
If you opt for a sitting position, make sure your back is straight, while maintaining a relaxed state. Don't contract your muscles, try to maintain a natural position. Find the best position for you, you may also prefer to lie down, on the bed, on the floor, or even stand up.

Take a few moments to adjust your position.
Now you are in the right position, feel your body. Pay attention to the attachment points on your body. Feel your feet on the floor, and your buttocks on the chair if you are seated.
If you are lying down, feel your back and legs, which are in contact with the floor or bed.

Feel your heart, your mind, and even your body, filled with love.
You have a kind and friendly desire to maintain this wonderful feeling.
Wish your heart to be more and more grateful, so that this quality can become more and more beautiful and rooted in you.
Repeat mentally, and the following phrases:
I'm happy
I am sure of myself, or of myself.
I am at ease, both with me and with the world around me.

Imagine, at the same time that you are getting drunk with gratitude, the whole world is doing the same thing. Imagine the planet earth, where millions of people are doing the same thing at the same time. The gratitude of millions of human beings is engaging the entire planet.
In you, and also on Earth, there is no more suffering.
Take advantage of this opportunity to totally permeate your being with joy and gratitude.
You can imagine one or more situations in which you wish, in your daily life, to be able to maintain this state of total prosperity.
Wish you sincere well-being

You can also think of a specific situation, or of one, or more people, with whom you cannot maintain your harmony. Think of the uncomfortable situations that you experience every day and that undermine your serenity. Bring out, in your mind, those situations and people with whom you cannot feel the connection and harmony.
It can be a family member, a work colleague, a neighbor.
It can be a category of people, such as foreigners, people of color, or immigrants. People with distinctly different personalities from yours, from an ideology or party different from yours.
Visualize that person or group in your mind, imagine their appearance, reconstruct their face, how they are dressed, attitudes, and facial expressions.
Even if in real life you have problems with these people, it does not mean that they too want to be happy, they want peace, health and prosperity.

These people need to be loved more than ever. Now imagine these people accept your friendship. Imagine being grateful for their friendship. Pour into them the river of gratitude that you created in yourself at the beginning of this meditation. A river of gratitude that overflows from your body, to invade the bodies of these people. Feel all doubts dissolve, resistance towards them.
Repeat mentally, thinking about those people:
I want you to be happy.
I wish you could be healthy
I wish you can feel safe and comfortable.
Wish your new friends long life!

Even if you have profound differences in everyday life, don't get blocked by them, and send your blessings to these people:

I want you to be happy.
I wish you could be healthy
I wish you can feel safe and comfortable.

Visualize them in situations where these wishes come true.

Take your time to process this amazing experience, and slowly, very slowly, bring your awareness back to your surroundings. I invite you to savor and bring this sense of connection with others who are different from you in your daily life.

With this meditation you have made yourself better.
With this meditation you have made the world better better.

Thanks and to the next meditation
