The three offices from DCMS I look at this week are the National Heritage Memorial Fund, the main source for the title in the National Lottery Community Fund (i.e. if you ever wondered where morons get their money from, it's not always Soros), and then finish off the commie show with the National Museums Liverpool.

In the 'Solutions' segment I go boldly where no man will go unless drastic measures are required, and head into the garden!
