Insulin Pen vs. Syringe and Vial

Time to settle a big diabetic debate! Which is better for MDI; the classic vial and syringe, or the fancy and convenient pre-filled insulin pen? Both have their pros and cons, and today I go over what I've learned about them from my own experience.
