With 10 Counts Of First-degree Murder And One Count Of Attempted First-degree Murder In Connection With King Soopers Mass Shooting.

According To Authorities, Alissa Was Moved Late Thursday Evening To A Different Correctional Facility Located Outside Of Boulder County Because Of “Safety Concerns And Threats,”

The 21 Year Old Was Originally Booked Into The Boulder County Jail On Tuesday .

He’s Being Held Without Bond, And Is Not Due Back In Court For An Unspecified Time As Alissa's Defense Attorney Requested More Time “To Assess Alissa’s Mental Health.
