This is a patent for fowl but lower in the patent, it applies it to humans as well, a sneaky "backdoor" oversight of the USPTO, or perhaps a corrupt USPTO. It does not typically take 5 years to get an international patent if you have the money, but if you need to find a corrupt someone to coerce, to slip the application through, it could take longer.

I missed at the 21:22​ mark, the line above where I'm pointing states that it could be used on humans; slipped right in there. It is all word salad and makes very little sense to me. It seems viruses are not living and only "live" in cells because they are most likely just byproducts and do not actually cause the infections but are the remnants of them.

Also, I have since learned that Bill Gates funds Pirbright Laboartory.
