Pink Champagne Syrup
What a unique and delicious way to use up leftover champagne or wine!
I got this idea when I had vanilla ice cream topped with a wine syrup at a steakhouse. It was wonderful! So when I had some leftover pink champagne, I decided to make a syrup and try it on ice cream.
Again - WONDERFUL. And so pretty garnished with dried rose petals (of course, the rose petals are for decoration only).
I'm going to have to try this syrup on white chocolate raspberry ice cream...
